Notice is hereby given that Peter Andrew Cowap & Elaine Winifred Cowap t/a Kings Gaming Centres of the following address: 26 Princes Pavement, Grange Precinct, Birkenhead, CH41 2XY are applying for an Adult Gaming Centre premises licence under section 159 of the Gambling Act 2005. The application relates to the following premises: Kings Gaming Centre, Unit 5 Kay Gardens, Market Street, Bury, BL9 0BL. Any of the following persons may make representations in writing to the licensing authority about the application: A person who lives sufflciendy close to the premises to be likely to be affected by the authorised activities. A person who has business interests that might be affected by the authorised activities. A person who represents someone in any of the above two categories.
