NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Maracas Latin American Cantina Ltd has applied to Salford City Council for a premises licence for Maracas, Unit 100 Chapel Walks, Chapel Street, Salford M3 5DW, as follows:
Opening times: Sunday to Thursday 11:00 - 23:30; Friday and Saturday 11:00 – 02:30. To permit the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises, between the hours of 11:00 – 23:00 Sunday to Thursday, and 11:00 – 02:00 Friday to Saturday. To permit the regulated playing of recorded music (indoors only) and regulated performance of live music (indoors only) on Friday and Saturday between the hours of 19:00 – 02:00.
To permit the regulated performance of dance (indoors only) on Friday and Saturday between the hours of 23:00 – 02:00. To permit the supply of late-night refreshment (indoors only) between the hours of 23:00 – 23:30 Sunday to Thursday, 23:00 – 00:00 Friday and Saturday. Non-standard times (reflecting Friday/Saturday authorised hours) for: Sunday preceding bank holiday Monday; the day before any other bank holiday; Christmas Eve; Christmas Day; Boxing Day; and Valentine’s Day. Non-standard time: from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Year’s Day. Seasonal variation: an additional hour on the day British Summer Time begins to disapply its effect.
