LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17
Notice is hereby given that on the 29th May 2024 Euro Garages Limited applied to East Staffordshire Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Express PFS Stoke Road, A50 Stoke Road, Uttoxeter, Staffordshire ST14 5AA. The proposed licensable activities are;- 1. The sale by retail of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00.00 to 24.00. 2. To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 23.00 and 05.00. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by Licensing Team, East Staffordshire Borough Council, The Town Hall, King Edward Place, Burton upon Trent DE14 2EB or email: licensing@eaststaffsbc.gov.uk no later than the 26th June 2024 stating the grounds for representations. Any representation received will be available for public inspection under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985. The register of East Staffordshire Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected by appointment only at East Staffordshire Borough Council, Trent House, Millers Lane off Derby Street, Burton upon Trent DE14 2NS. A list of applications can be viewed online at www.eaststaffsbc.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
