Notice of application for a minor variation of the premises licence 

Notice is hereby given that Camden Management (UK) Limited has applied to the London Borough of Camden on 29th of May 2024 for a Minor Variation of the premises licence at Bar Solo / Undersolo, 20 Inverness Street, London NW1 7HJ as follows: To amend condition 23 of the current premises licence form ‘sale of alcohol must be ancillary to the use of the premises for music and dancing and substantial refreshments’ to ‘ the sale of alcohol must be ancillary to either the use of the premises for music and dancing and substantial refreshment or the use of the premises for competitive socialising activities (such as table tennis, golf simulation, mini golf’

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by the 28th of June 2024 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Administrator, Licensing Team, Camden Town Hall, Judd Street, London WC1H 9JE. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.camden.gov.uk and following the links.

Members of the public who do not have access to the internet can use a computer to view the applications at the following address, Camden Town Hall, 5 Pancras Square, London N1C 4AG. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation by the date given above.

The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
