LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 24th May 2024 Euro Garages Limited applied to Cherwell District Council for a Premises licence in respect of premises Asda Express PFS Cherwell Valley, Cherwell Valley Service Area, Junction 10, M40, Ardley, Bicester, Oxon OX27 7RD. The proposed licensable activities are;- 1. The sale by retail of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00.00 to 24.00. 2. To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 23.00 and 05.00. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- The licensing Authority, Cherwell District Council, Bodicote House, Bodicote, Banbury OX15 4AA (email licensing@cherwell-dc.gov.uk no later than the 21st June 2024 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Cherwell District Council and the record of the application may be inspected by appointment at the above address. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
