What is proposed?

Remarkable Events LLP are applying for a temporary Premises Licence at Cwm Cayo Farm, Gwehelog, Usk, for the 18th July 2024 to 22nd July 2024.

The Licence, if granted is to enable the following licensable activities:

Live Music – 19th July – 12:00-04:00. 20th July – 12:00-04:00. 21st July 12:00-23:59.

Recorded Music – 18th July – 18:00-23:00. 19th July – 10:00-04:00. 20th July 12:00-04:00. 21st July – 12-23:59.

Circus & Cabaret Performance – 19th July – 17:00-23:59. 20th July – 13:00-23:59. 21st July 13:00-23:59.

Late Night Refreshment – 18th July – 14:00-23:00. 19th July – 12:00-02:00. 20th July – 12:00-02:00. 21st July 12:00-23:59.

Supply of Alcohol (On & Off Sales) – 18th July –

14:00-23:00. 19th July – 12:00-04:00. 20th July 11:00-04:00.

21st July – 11:00-23:59.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Section, Monmouthshire County Council, Abergavenny Community Education Centre, Old Hereford Road, Abergavenny NP7 6EL. Representation may be made for 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice.

A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by The Licensing Section. The application can be viewed Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4.30pm except bank holidays at the Councils One Stop Shops/County Hall, Usk by prior arrangement in writing to the address above.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
