Notice is hereby given that: Tacara Limited, of The Arkade, Warren Road. Minehead. Somerset. TA245BG Is applying for a premises licence under section 159 of the Gambling Act 2005.
Type of Premises Licence : Bingo.
The application relates to the following premises: Dots and Slots Bingo, (formerly Electric Avenue), 20 The Avenue Minehead. Somerset TA24 5AZ.
The application has been made to: Somerset Council. (County Hall, Taunton, Somerset. TA1 4DY)
The application can be viewed by appointment Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4.30pm (not bank holidays) by telephoning 0300 123 2224.
Any of the following persons may make representations in writing to the authority about the application:
• A person who lives sufficiently close to the premises to be likely affected by the authorised activities.
• A person who has business interests that might be affected by the authorised activities.
• A person who represents someone in any of the above two categories.
Any representations must be made by: 14th June 2024.
It is an offence under section 342 of the Gambling Act 2005 if a person, without reasonable excuse, gives to a Licensing Authority for a purpose connected with that Act the information which is false or misleading.
