Notice is hereby given that I, Mr Joseph Purvis, have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as The Ginnel, 10a Church Street, Seaham, County Durham, SR7 7HQ. For the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities:
Sale by retail of alcohol (on sales only) Monday to Sunday inclusive 11.00-23.00.
Regulated entertainment: Live music (indoors) Monday to Sunday inclusive 12.00-21.00.
Recorded music (indoors) 11.00-23.00 Monday to Sunday inclusive.
Christmas Eve & New Year's Eve until 24.00 for all the above activities.
A record of this application may be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham DH7 8RS by appointment on weekdays between 9.30 and 4.00 pm. Any representations about this application must be made in writing by the 26th June 2024 and sent to: Durham County Council, Licensing PO Box 617, Durham, DH1 9HZ or e-mail to licensing@durham.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
