What is proposed?

NORTH YORSHIRE COUNCIL LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

Premises: Ellers Farm Distillery Ltd, Buttercrambe Road, Stamford Bridge, York YO41 1AR.

Notice is given that Premises Licence Holder has applied to North Yorkshire Council Licensing Authority to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003.

The proposed variation is: To include 24 Hour internet sales 7 days per week, to be distributed from the premises. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: North Yorkshire Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton YO17 7HH.

Representations must be received by the date below 18th June 2024. (Not to be less than 28 days, starting on the day after the application was given to the Licensing Authority) The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
