Notice is hereby given that an application was made to the North East Lincolnshire Council for a premises licence under the above Act on 23rd May 2024 and will commence its consultation on the 24th May 2024.
Applicant: Printhavan Srikantha.
Address of premises: Go Local Wingate, 8 Wingate Parade, Grimsby, DN37 9DR.
Proposed licensable activities: Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises.
Proposed days and hours of licensable activity: Alcohol sales – Mon to Sun - 06.00 to 23.00 hours.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application and the offence is punishable on summary conviction on or after that day by a fine of any amount.
