APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
(Section 17)

Notice is hereby given that B & M Retail Limited has
applied to Sheffield City Council for the grant of a
Premises Licence in respect of B&M Store, (Former
Wilko), Unit 46-49 Crystal Peaks, Sheffield S20
7PN to allow off sales of alcohol and opening hours
from 07:00 to 23:00 7 days a week.
The Licensing Register containing a record of the
application can be viewed at Sheffield City Council,
Block C, Staniforth Road Depot, Sheffield S9 3HD
licensingservice@sheffield.gov.uk or online at
https://www.sheffield.gov.uk/business/licencespermits-registrations/pending-licensing-actapplications
Any representation by a Responsible Authority or
any other person must be made in writing to the
address shown above by 20 June 2024.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a
false statement in connection with an application
punishable on summary conviction by a maximum
fine that is unlimited.
