Notice is hereby given that Matthew Clark Bidendum
Limited has applied in respect of the Unit 6 Burford Way
Boldon Business Park West Boldon Tyne & Wear NE35
9PZ for the grant of a new premises licence under the
Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: Supply of
alcohol for off sales only 24 hours a day. Opening hours:
08:00 to 20:00. These opening hours are more limited that
the sale of alcohol hours because this is an alcohol depot,
so sales of alcohol may be received (online/telephone etc)
and or picked for delivery at times outside of the hours that
these premises are ‘open’. Representations to this
application must be made in writing, by the end of 20 June
2024, to the South Tyneside Metropolitan Borough Council
Licensing Authority at Licensing Section, Level 3, Town
Hall and Civic Offices, Westoe Road, South Shields, NE33
2RL. where the register of licensing applications can be
inspected during office hours and/or at
www.southtyneside.info
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with this application. Persons will
be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
