MY 3 CHICKENS LIMITED is applying for the provisional statement of a Premises Licence for MY 3 CHICKENS LIMITED, 154 St Albans Road, Watford, WD24 4FT.

If granted the application will allow the following licensable activities to take place: Night Refreshment License and selling food with Non-alcoholic drinks.

The application can be viewed Mondays and Fridays 9am to 1 pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays 1 pm to 5pm, and Wednesdays 11am to 5pm, except bank holidays. Requests to view the application may instead be made by contacting the licensing authority by phone or email using the contact details above during working hours.

It is an offence to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
