What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 - APPLICATION FOR A
PREMISES LICENCE (Section 17)

Notice is hereby given that B & M Retail Limited has
applied to West Lindsey District Council for the
grant of a Premises Licence in respect of B&M
Store, (Former Wilko), Units 11 & 12 Marshalls
Yard, Gainsborough DN21 2NA to allow off sales of
alcohol and opening hours from 07:00 to 23:00 7
days a week.
The record of the application may be inspected at
the offices of: Licensing Team, West Lindsey District
Council, Guildhall, Marshall’s Yard, Gainsborough,
Lincolnshire DN21 2NA during normal office hours
(by appointment only). Any representations by other
persons or responsible authorities regarding the
application must be made in writing to the Licensing
Team, West Lindsey District Council at the above
address by 14 June 2024. It is an offence, liable on
summary conviction to a fine which is unlimited, to
knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in
connection with the application.
