APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE
Barbican Events Ltd has applied to East Herts District Council to vary a premise license in respect of the following premises; At Hartham Common, Hertford, SG14 1QR.
The Nature of the variation is as follows: A change to the floorplan layout, Change to condition 42.C - Alcohol sales to stop 15 minutes before customers have to vacate premise, Change to condition 23 - Venue capacity to become 2000 including staff and artists, Removal of condition 62 and a time change to annex 3 condition 2, regarding a static security position. Proposed application is for Live and recorded music licensed hours will be Fridays 16.00 - 23.00. Saturdays 11.00 - 23.00. Sundays 12.00 - 20.00. Sale by retail of alcohol consumption on and off the premises Fridays 16.00 - 23.00. Saturdays 11.00 - 23.00. Sundays 12.00 - 20.00 The application may be inspected at East Herts District Council Offices, Wallfields, Pegs Lane, Hertford, SG13 8EQ between 09:00 and 17:00 on weekdays.
