Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that MA Guildford Ltd has applied to Guildford Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Pepe’s Piri Piri, Unit 4, 75-78 Woodbridge Road, Guildford, GU1 4QH.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:
Late Night Refreshment from 23:00 until 00:00 Sunday – Thursday and 23:00 until 01:00 Friday to Saturday.
Opening Hours from 11:00 until 00:00 Sunday – Thursday and 11:00 until 01:00 Friday and Saturday.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Department, Guildford Borough Council, Millmead House, Millmead, Guildford, GU2 4BB or by email to licensing@guildford.gov.uk no later than 19th June 2024 stating the grounds for representation.
The register of Guildford Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.guildford.co.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
