Premises “Dinithi Streetfood Sri Lanka” 45-46 Grainger Market Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 5QQ Notice is given that Streetfood Sri Lanka Ltd applied to Newcastle City Council on 14th May 2024 for a Premises Licence for the above premises for the following licensable activities:-
Sale of Alcohol on Special Occasions
2pm - 10pm at the above premises.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to:- Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH.
Representations must be received by 21st June 2024
The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www.newcastle.gov.uk/licensing
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
