What is proposed?

Mr Edgert Thanza has applied to the Licensing Authority of Wiltshire Council for a New premises licence for 48 Kingsbury Street, Marlborough, SN8 1JE

The details of the application as applied for are as follows:

Sun to Sat 12:00 hrs to 23:00 hrs

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to Wiltshire Council, Licensing Department, Monkton Park, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN15 1ER or via email to publicprotectionnorth@wiltshire.gov.uk

Representation may be made up to 28 days from the date of this notice. A copy of the application is held at the above Wiltshire Council address. The application can be viewed by prior appointment.

It is an offence under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale. Dated: 16th May 2024
