LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

 An application for a Premises Licence has been made by Mohammad Abdullah, to Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council in respect of premises known as Hadley Stadium which are situated at Wilson Road, Smethwick, B66 4NL The proposed application is as follows: To carry out Provision of boxing or wrestling entertainment between Monday – Sunday, between 08:00hrs – 22:00hrs A record of the application may be inspected at General Licensing Team, Sandwell Council House, Freeth Street, Oldbury, B69 3DE, during normal office hours Monday to Friday. Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to: General Licensing Team, Borough Economy Directorate, Sandwell Council House, PO Box 2374, Oldbury B69 3DE or via email using Licensing_ Team@sandwell.gov.uk by: 18/06/2024 It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (unlimited) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
