Notice is hereby given that James Dean Events Ltd has applied in respect of Thoresby Park, Newark, Nottinghamshire, NG22 9EP for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for an Alcohol, Entertainment and Late Night Refreshment licence, for (one weekend each year) Thursday to Sunday for the Lawns, Walled Garden, Events Field Upper and Lower, Church Meadow, Green Bridge, Green Bridge West & School Field.

Alcohol sales (Thursday to Saturday: 10:00 – 00:15, Sunday 10:00 – 22:45).
Entertainment provision (Thursday to Saturday: 10:00 – 00:30, Sunday 10:00 – 23:00),
Late Night Refreshment (Thursday to Saturday: 23:00 – 00:30, Sunday 23:00 – 23:30.

Representations to this application must be made in writing by 18/06/2024 to the Licensing Manager, Newark and Sherwood District Council, Castle House, Great North Road, Newark on Trent NG24 1BY, where applications can be inspected during office hours. It is an offence liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of £5,000 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
