What is proposed?

Variation to Premise Licence

Sands of Tyne, 12 Forest Hall Road, Forest Hall, Newcastle, NE12 9AJ has applied to vary the premise licence condition to allow the outdoor seating until 9pm instead of 8pm. The licensing register of North Tyneside Council is kept and can be inspected at Licensing Section, North Tyneside Council, The Killingworth Site, Harvey Combe, Killingworth, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE12 6UB, Monday to Friday 9.30am to 4pm. 17th June 2024 is the date by which an interested party or responsible authority may make representation to North Tyneside Council. 

All representations shall be made in writing. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
