Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Wagamama Limited has applied
to Leeds City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence
in respect of Premises to be known as Wagamama, Unit 18,
The Springs, Thorpe Park, Leeds, LS15 8GG. The proposed
licensable activities and their hours are: Sale of alcohol (on
and off the premises) from 10:00 hours until 00:00 hours
(midnight) Monday to Sunday. Late night refreshment
(indoors and outdoors) from 23:00 hours until 00:00 hours
(midnight) Monday to Sunday. Opening hours from
10:00 hours until 00:30 hours Monday to Sunday. See

the above-mentioned application must be received by
email to entertainment.licensing@leeds.gov.uk or by
writing to Leeds City Council Entertainment Licensing,
Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR no later than 17th June 2024
stating the grounds for representation. The register of Leeds
City Council and the record of the application may be
inspected at the address of the council, given above, during
normal business hours or on the council’s website -
www.leeds.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. A person is
liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false
statement be made.
