NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HAMMERSMITH AND FULHAM FOR A LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that YING XUE, 19 RUTH KING CLOSE, COLCHESTER, CO3 3FA has applied to Hammersmith & Fulham for the grant of a premises licence at STARRY MART FULHAM, 396 North End Rd, London SW6 1LU for Play recorded music from 9.00 - 20.00 from Sunday to Saturday. Supply alcohol from 9.00 - 22.00 from Sunday to Saturday.
A register of licensing applications can be inspected at www.lbhf.gov.uk/licensing.
Any person wishing to submit representations to our application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority at the web address above or to licensing@lbhf.gov.uk giving the grounds of objection by 19, June 2024 It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
