What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 21st May 2024 Euro Garages Limited applied to Flintshire County Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Express PFS Singing Kettle S/Stn, St Asaph Road, A55, Lloc, Holywell CH8 8RF. The proposed licensable activities are:- 1. The supply of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00:00 and 00:00. 2. To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 23:00 and 05:00. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Licensing Dept, Flintshire County Council, County Hall, Mold CH7 6NR or licensing@flintshire.gov.uk no later than the 18th June 2024 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Flintshire County Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above address by prior appointment. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
