What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE GAMBLING ACT 2005

Notice is hereby given that:
MECCA BINGO LIMITED of the following address: TOR, St-Cloud Way, Maidenhead, SL6 8BN is applying under section 187 of the Gambling Act 2005 to vary a Bingo Premises Licence
The application relates to the following premises: 
Mecca Bingo Club Great Western Leisure Park 3 Allerdyce Court Glasgow, G15 6SA

The application is to vary the licence as follows:
- extending the area in the lobby (removal of doors from foyer through to slots area)
- extending the area where the book store was on the 2019 plan (removal of store, and removal of separating partition wall and openings in slots area)
The application has been made to City Of Glasgow Licensing Board, 235 George Street, Glasgow
Information about the application is available from the licensing authority, including the arrangements for viewing details of the application.

Any of the following persons may make representations in writing to the licensing authority about the application:
 - A person who lives sufficiently close to the premises to be likely to be affected by the authorised activities
 - A person who has business interests that might be affected by the authorised activities
 - A person who represents someone in the above two categories.

Any representations must be made no later than the following date: 20 June 2024

It is an offence under section 342 of the Gambling Act if a person, without reasonable excuse, gives to a licensing authority for a purpose in connected with that Act information which is false or misleading.
