Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Starwins Group Ltd has applied to London Borough of Camden for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Oorja, 117 Shaftesbury Avenue, London, WC2H 8AD. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: 1. The sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises between 10:00 and 23:30 on Mondays to Thursdays, between 10:00 and midnight on Fridays and Saturdays and between 10:00 and 22:30 on Sundays; 2. The provision of late night refreshments both indoors and outdoors, between 23:00 and 23:30 on Mondays to Thursdays, between 23:00 and midnight on Fridays and Saturdays; 3. To permit opening hours between 10:00 and 23:30 on Mondays to Thursdays, between 10:00 and midnight on Fridays and Saturdays and between 10:00 and 22:30 on Sundays; 4. Licensable activities from the end of permitted hours on New Year's Eve until the start of permitted hours on New Year’s Day.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team, London Borough of Camden, 5 Pancras Square, c/o Town Hall, Judd Street, London, WC1H 9JE or email on licensing@camden.gov.uk no later than 12th June 2024 stating the grounds for representation. The register of London Borough of Camden and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.camden.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
