Notice is hereby given that an application was made to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council for a New Premises Application under the above act on 09.05.24.

Applicant: Emporia Overton Limited Address of premises: 2C High Street, Overton, Basingstoke, RG25 3HA

The application is for: The Sale of Alcohol Monday to Thursday, 12:00 - 20:00. Friday and Saturday, 12:00 - 22:00 Sunday 12:00 -18:00.

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Manager, BDBC, Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, RG21 4AH no later than 6th June 2024 midnight. Representations after this date cannot be considered. All representations must be in writing. A copy of this application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address by appointment only.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary of conviction for the offence is £5000.
