What is proposed?

PUBLIC NOTICE - LICENSING ACT 2003
APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Take notice that Hayat Foods Ltd has applied to
Preston City Council, under the Licensing Act 2003,
for a premises licence at 124 Friargate, Preston,
PR1 2EE.
The applicant proposes to provide late night
refreshment between the hours of 2300 and 0400
every day. The proposed opening hours are 0900
to 0400 every day.
The place where the record of the application may
be inspected and where the register of the Licensing
Authority is kept is Preston City Council, Town Hall,
Lancaster Road, Preston, PR1 2RL. The record of
the application may be inspected between 1000
and 1400 hours Monday to Friday.
Any person or responsible authority may make
representation in writing to Preston City Council,
Town Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston, PR1 2RL no
later than 18 June 2024.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a
false statement in connection with this application.
A person guilty of such an offence is liable on
summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
