Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application for a new Premises Licence

EXCELLENCY PLAZA LIMITED has applied to Bolton Council for a new Premises Licence for: The Balmayna, Washington Street, Bolton BL3 5EY The licensing activities which it is intended to provide at the premises are:-Live & Recorded Music, Performance of Dance And anything of a similar description to the above Monday-Sunday 12:00-00:00 Opening times 12:00-00:30

The application may be inspected at Bolton Council Licensing Team, 1st floor, Town Hall, Bolton BL1 1RU between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. on Monday to Friday inclusive. Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the above address or by email: licensing.unit@bolton.gov.uk no later than 17 June 2024.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. On summary conviction, the maximum penalty for such an offence is an unlimited fine.
