What is proposed?

FLINTSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL LICENSING ACT 2003 PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF THE PREMISES LICENCE

Application has today been made to the council for variation by: Name of applicant; VUR Village Trading No. 1 Limited Address of premises: Village Hotel Chester St David's, St David's Park, Ewloe, Flintshire CH5 3YB.

For: A variation of the licence to properly reflect that the hotel can supply alcohol and late night refreshments to residents and bona fide guests 24 hours a day Monday to Sunday inclusive. Representations should be emailed to licensing@flintshire.gov.uk or sent to licensing Section, Public Protection, Flintshire County Council, County Hall, Mold CH7 6NF by 17th day of June 2024. Any person wishing to inspect the licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
