What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 16th May 2024 Euro Garages Limited applied to Somerset Council (Mendip Area) for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Express PFS Wells, Chamberlain Street, Wells, Somerset BA5 2PT. The proposed licensable activities are:- 1. The supply of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00:00 and 00:00. 2. To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 23:00 and 05:00.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Licensing, The Council Offices, Cannards Grave Road, Shepton Mallet, Somerset BA4 5BT no later than the 13th June 2024 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Somerset Council (Mendip Area) and the record of the application may be inspected at the above council address.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.

The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
