 for a Premises Licence
LICENSING ACT 2003
An application has been made by Sherburn Eversley Cricket Club Committee to NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNCIL on 14/05/2024 to Grant the Premises Licence for: Sherburn Eversley Cricket Club. The proposed days and hours of opening is as follows: Monday to Friday 17:00 – 22:00 Saturday and Sunday 12:00 – 22:00. Activities to include: Sale of Alcohol.
The full application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at North Yorkshire Council, Licensing, Civic Centre, Doncaster Road, Selby between 10am and 4pm.  All representations to this application must be made in writing to North Yorkshire Council (licensing.sel@northyorks.gov.uk) within 28 days from the date of this notice.  It is an offence for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.  A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
