LICENCE TO BE GRANTED
Notice is hereby given that: SAHARA BAR CAFÉ LTD
has applied on this day 16TH MAY 2024 to the Licensing
Authority for the Borough of Crawley for the GRANT of a
Premises Licence to permit: The retail sale of alcohol (on
premises) Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 until 22:30
Friday to Saturday from 10:00 until 00:30 for the premises
known as: SAHARA Situated at: 10, GRAND PARADE,
HIGH STREET, CRAWLEY RH10 1BU.
The application may be viewed at the Licensing Section,
Town Hall, The Boulevard, Crawley, West Sussex, RH10
1UZ, during normal office hours. Interested parties (living
in the vicinity) or responsible authorities may make
representation on or before 13TH JUNE 2024
All representations shall be made in writing. It is an offence
knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in
connection with an application and the maximum fine for
which a person is liable is UNLIMITED on summary
conviction for the offence.
