Any representations by a responsible authority or any persons must be made in writing to Licensing Section, Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1JE or by emailing Licensing@chelmsford.gov.uk by 31st May. Representations after this date cannot be considered.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a fine, The full application can be arranged for viewing with the licensing department upon request.
