Notice of Application for Premises Licence

I Arambamoorthy Jegatheeswaran hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of Jaffna bites, 128 Prince Avenue, Westcliff-on-sea, SS0 0NW The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on are Alcohol Sales for Mondays to Sundays 8am till 11pm. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on-Sea City Council). All such representations shall be made in writing, by 30/05/2024 Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Southend-on-Sea City Council, Civic Centre, Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 6ZG or emailed to licact2003@southend.gov.uk A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, between 10.00am and 4.00pm on Mondays to Fridays. Or viewed on the Council website www.southend.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale.
