What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003, NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT WHITGIFT LIMITED PARTNERSHIP & CROYDON LIMITED PARTNERSHIP has applied to Croydon Council on 15th May 2024 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Centrale Car Park Level 3, Tamworth Road, Croydon, CR0 1TY.

For the provision of regulated entertainment including Films, Live & Recorded Music (indoors/outdoors) Monday to Sunday 11:30 – 22:00, The sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Sunday 11:30 to 22:00 on sales only, as more particularly set out in the application.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: licensing@ croyden.gov.uk to be received by no later than 12th June 2024 stating the grounds for making said representation.

The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.croydon.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
