Public Notice Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence Licensing Act 2003

An application has been made by Sindherfoods Limited, to Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council, the Licensing Authority, for the grant of a new Premises Licence for: Morrisons Daily, 3 Chestnut Way, Gurnos Estate, MERTHYR TYDFIL, CF47 9SB to allow the following activities to take place: Sale of alcohol – Off the Premises Monday – Sunday: 06:00 – 23:00hrs

Details of the application may be inspected between the hours of 9.30 a.m and 4.00 p.m from Monday to Friday inclusive at the offices of the Licensing Section, Merthyr Tydfil C.B.C, Civic Centre, Castle Street, Merthyr Tydfil, CF47 8AN by contacting the Licensing Team at the above address. Any objections to this application, specifying the grounds for objecting, must be made in writing to the above address and must be received no later than 11 June 2024.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction for such an offence is unlimited.
