What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the Licensing Authority of Vale of Glamorgan Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Albion at 28 Glebe Street, Penarth, CF64 1EF.

The application includes the following terms:-

1. To bring forward commencement time for retail sale of alcohol and regulated entertainment to 09:00 hours daily. 2. To permit Late Night Refreshment on Friday and Saturday from 23:00 to 00:00 hours. 3. To amend conditions - Annex 2 (Pubwatch) and Annex 3 condition 8. 4. To delete conditions 4, 5, 6, 8 and 15.

Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Vale of Glamorgan Council, Civic Offices, Holton Road, Barry, CF63 4RU, A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 30th May 2024 (www.valeofglamorgan.gov.uk)

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
