NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT The Hoxton Holborn Ltd has applied to London Borough of Camden on 08 May 2024 to vary the premises licence at The Hoxton Holborn Hotel, 203 High Holborn, London, WC1V 7BD so as to vary the premises licence in respect of the basement area only by way of varying the terminal hour of licensable activities to 02:00 in line with the ground floor and adding condition following pre application advice and consultation with the local residents association, as more particularly set out in the application and plans lodged with the Council.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Authority, London Borough of Camden, 5 Pancras Square, N1C 4AG to be received by no later than 05 June 2024 stating the grounds for making said representation.

The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.camden.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
