PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE
TAKE NOTICE that I Mollie Power have applied to Kirklees Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant/variation* of a premises licence/club premises certificate* on the 14/05/2023, in respect of premises known as: Cafe Oi (formerly Marios Diner), 9 Peel Street, Marsden, HD76BR
For the sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Sunday 10:00 till 23:00.
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives
Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Office, Flint Street Depot, Flint Street, Fartown, Huddersfield, HD1 6LG or by email at licensing@kirklees.gov.uk by 11.06.2024
Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours or online at www.kirklees.gov.uk/licensing
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
