NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT TRIGGER OPCO4 LTD has applied to WESTMINSTER CITY COUNCIL on 13 May 2024 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Clays 77 Brewer Street London W1F 9ZN for the provision of regulated entertainment (Plays, Films, Indoor Sporting Events, Live and Recorded Music and entertainment of a like kind) and sale by retail of alcohol (On sales only) Monday to Wednesday 10:00 to 00:00, Thursday to Saturday 10:00 to 01:00 and Sunday 12:00 to 22:30, the provision of late night refreshment Monday to Wednesday 23:00 to 00:00 and Thursday to Saturday 23:00 to 01:00, as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Public Protection and Licensing, Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP to be received by no later than 10 June 2024 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.westminster.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
