Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that Global Partners BD Limited has applied to the Westminster City Council on 14/05/2024 to vary the premises licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 for use at the premises known as Wok & Fire, 326 Vauxhall Bridge Road, London SW1V 1AA. The proposed variation is to Amend Premises Licence Condition 8 and Vary the Permitted Licensable Activity of Late Night Refreshment: Mon. – Thu. 23.00 to 02.00, Fri. & Sat. 23.00 to 03.00 & Sun. 23.00 to 01.00.
The record of this application is held by the Licensing Authority and can be viewed on the website www.westminster.gov.uk/licensing or inspected at their offices at City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP by appointment.
Any Person wishing to submit representations to the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority or by email to licensing@westminster.gov.uk, giving in detail the grounds for the objection. Representations must be received no later than 11/06/2024.
It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The Maximum Fine on Summary Conviction (Level 5 on the Standard Scale) is Unlimited.
