What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application for a New Premises Licence

Roger Davy has applied for a new Premises Licence at 31 Market Place, Hexham, NE46 3PB.

The licensable activity Monday to Sunday between 10:00-22:00 will be sale of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises and within the external area. Conditions will apply.

Anyone wishing to make a representation to this application may do so in writing to Licensing Department, Business Compliance & Public Safety Unit, Public Protection Service, Northumberland County Council, West Hartford Business Park, Cramlington, NE23 3JP Email Licensing01@northumberland.gov.uk by 6 June 2024. The Application may be viewed during normal office hours at Council Offices or at www.northumberland.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and s punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
