Notice is given that Ross Holland applied to Newcastle City Council on 16/05/2024 for a Premises Licence for the above premises for the following licensable activities:

Supply of Alcohol - Mon-Sun 12-10:00 PM
Playing of Recorded Music - 12-10 PM

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH

Representations must be received by 13/06/2024

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
