NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT St. Michaels & All Angels Ltd has applied to London Borough of Hackney on 10 May 2024 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at St. Michaels & All Angels Church, Leonard Street, London EC2A 4QX for the sale by retail of alcohol, Monday to Wednesday 09:00-22:30, Thursday to Saturday 09:00-23:00 & Sunday 09:00-22:00, as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, London, E8 1DY or licensing@hackney.gov.uk to be received by no later than 07 June 2024 stating the grounds for making said representation. The register ana a record of the application can be inspected on the Council's website www.hackney.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council's offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
