NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that Qiaochu Retail Management Ltd has applied for a premises licence to Newcastle City Council in relation to A Mart, 9 St. Marys Place, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE1 7PG to permit the provision of the following licensable activities: Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises Monday to Sunday 09:00hrs to 22:00hrs. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to:- Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH. Representations must be received by 06/06/2024. The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at https://portal. newcastle.gov.uk.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
