APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

We, Fins Café Bar Limited, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE
that an application for a Premises Licence has been
submitted to Fylde Borough Council in relation to
premises to be known as Fins Café Bar and situate
at Ream Hill Farm, Weeton, Nr Preston, Lancashire,
PR4 3NB a brief description of the activities being
sought by the application being as follows: the sale
of alcohol and regulated entertainment from 11:00
to 00:00 each day and permitted opening hours of
08:00 to 00:30 each day. Any interested party or
responsible authority may make representations in
connection with the application. Any such
representations must be made in writing and be
made no later than 29th May 2024 to the relevant
Licensing Authority, the postal address and, where
appropriate, the world wide web address (where the
register of the authority is kept and where the
record of the application may be inspected) being
as follows: Licensing Department, Fylde Borough
Council, Town Hall, Lytham St Annes, Lancashire,
FY8 1LW (www.fylde.gov.uk). Note: it is an offence
to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in
connection with an application. A person guilty of
such an offence is liable to an unlimited fine on
