What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that Greene King Brewing &
Retailing Limited has applied in respect of the Top House,
Station Road, Off Keymer Road, Burgess Hill, RH15 0AD
for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing
Act 2003 to allow for: Licensing of the external areas of the
premises for the Sale of Alcohol from a mobile bar servery
in accordance with the submitted layout plan (drawing
number 2437-1001).This is also an application to amend
annex 2 of the licence by removing conditions 2, 3, 7 & 8
and adding new conditions. For a full list of proposed
changes, please refer to the application using the details
below. Representations to this application must be made in
writing, by the end of 31 May 2024, to the Mid Sussex
District Council Licensing Authority at Oaklands,
Haywards Heath, West Sussex, RH16 1SS. where the
register of licensing applications can be inspected during
office hours and/or at www.midsussex.gov.uk or by
contacting licensing@midsussex.gov.uk
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with this application. Persons will
be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
