What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Odeon Cinemas Limited to
the Licensing Authority of Peterborough City Council for
a Premises Licence for the Odeon Cinema, Queensgate
Shopping Centre, 33 Westgate, Peterborough, PE1 1NT.
The application is to permit: the sale of alcohol between
10:00 and midnight each day; plays, films, live and
recorded music, performance of dance and anything similar
between 09:00 and 03:00 each day and late night
refreshment until 03:30 each day. Anyone wishing to make
representations concerning this application should do so in
writing to: Peterborough City Council, Licensing Section,
Sand Martin House, Bittern Way, Fletton Quays,
Peterborough PE2 8TY. Representations in respect of this
application mush reach the Licensing Authority by 4 June
2024. Persons wishing to inspect the register or the record
of this application may do so by attending the office of the
Licensing Section, during office hours, Monday to Friday
inclusive.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
