NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE

TAKE NOTICE that we, John L Barber & Son have applied to Kirklees Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises License in respect of premises known as Crossley Farm, Crossley Lane, Mirfield, WF14 0NX FOR Outdoor events & weddings, the sale by retail of alcohol & provision of regulated entertainment between the hours of 12:00 - 23:00 on either Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Office, Flint Street Depot, Flint Street, Fartown, Huddersfield, HD1 6LG or by email at licensing@kirklees.gov.uk by 3rd June 2024.
Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours or online at
www.kirklees.gov.uk/licensing
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000
